Jason Ellis
Jason has over 25 years of experience in the commercial catering industry, bringing extensive expertise in the design, specification, and delivery of commercial kitchen and facility projects for the Australian resources industry.

Shane has 27 years of Electrical & Gas trade experience, including 18 years in catering equipment repairs.
