Fully welded and electro-polished trolley chassis and tray runners - This significantly increases the frame durability, and rigidity. Electro-Polishing improves resistance to chemical damage.
Increased gauge of stainless-steel tube preventing metal fatigue and cracking.
2mm thick tray runners - Our heavy-duty runners will not bend, bow, or sag for the life of the trolley
External perimeter base frame – Our unique frame design increases the footprint of the trolley, improving stability and reducing risk of tipping over.
Bolt-on plate mount high quality castors – Fixings are easily accessed for inspection or tightening and easily replaced when worn or damaged.
Positive tray locking rails – added to prevent pans from sliding out during loading or in transit.
