Hot Servery Replacement

CKSC were engaged to replace the end-of-life bain maries and upgrade the overall servery for 800 room Pilbara Village.

About this project

Scope

• Replace bain maries with Ceramic Heated Glass units. Eliminating the injury risk associated with hot water, wear and tear on heating elements, and improving hygiene standards.

• Install two bain marie hot cupboards and custom under bench shelving.

• Supply and install custom stone top, allowing units to be installed flush with the bench.

• Design and supply custom façade panels

• Supply and install full length multicolour LED strip lighting
